(Yellville) 2021 Beaver Roundup (BRU 2021)

June 25-27, 2021 in Yellville, AR. Beaver Round Up 2021: on site registration will be $45, registration without a shirt is $15, and we will have a day only rate as well.

There is always a place for people to volunteer doing setup, clean up, serving food, registration, etc. If you want to volunteer, just show up. We will be starting setup on Friday at approximately 3pm at the group campsite area. The shirts are done, the quilt is being worked on, and we are still looking for more auction and raffle items. If you would like to donate something toward the dinner, we would suggest bringing a side dish, dessert, soda, or water. 

Saturday after the morning meeting, there is usually an unofficial float where many of us will get together and float down the river. If you plan to float, you MUST have a life jacket WITH you NO EXCEPTIONS. They have some available at the ranger station for free or you can rent one from a local store. On Saturday afternoon, we will be serving BBQ around 4p or 5p followed by the auction raffle, speaker meeting, and clean time countdown. Our speakers are Ruben T. from Maryland, Kristen B. from Little Rock, and Christine V. from Little Rock.

Campsites are not numbered; just pitch a tent where you find room. There is no camping allowed on the grass between the pavilion and parking lot. No addict turned away; donate whatever you can. Also, if you are worried about not having a tent or food please contact a committee member. There are lots of people who bring extra tents and food and the committee can help connect with those people.
